Transparency is key. We ensure you understand exactly how your data is used before you share it.

VA Claim Buddy is owned and operated by VA CLAIM BUDDY, LLC.

1. Explicit Opt-In

We never process data without your permission. Before you can upload any file, you are presented with our clear, plain-language Privacy Policy. You must actively click "I Agree" to proceed. We do not use "implied consent".

2. Purpose Limitation

We only ask for the permissions strictly necessary to analyze your VA claim eligibility. We never ask for access to data "just in case". Your data is used for one purpose only: generating your Benefits Report.

3. No Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers, insurance companies, or the VA itself. You are the only person who receives the output of our analysis.

4. Right to Withdraw

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. We provide a simple "Delete Account" button in your settings that permanently purges your information from our systems.

Your Data, Your Choice

VA Claim Buddy empowers you to take control of your medical history. Our tool is a private resource for you to better understand your own records. You decide if, when, and how to share the results with your Veteran Service Officer (VSO) or the VA.
