Temporary Encryption
When you upload your medical records, they are immediately encrypted and stored in a temporary, isolated processing container. This container exists solely for your active session.
Real-Time Processing
Our AI analyzes the documents in real-time. It extracts the relevant medical conditions and maps them to VA disability codes. This process typically takes 2-5 minutes.
Report Generation
Once the analysis is complete, a final PDF report is generated for you. This report contains the summary of findings, but not your raw medical records.
Immediate Destruction
The moment your report is generated, our system executes a "Hard Delete" command.
This command permanently wipes all raw uploaded PDF files from our server's memory. We do not archive, backup, or retain your original medical records. They are gone forever.
You Retain Control
The only thing that remains is your Final Report, which sits in a private, encrypted storage bucket waiting for you to download. You can delete this report manually at any time from your Account Dashboard, or it will be automatically purged after 1 year according to our data retention policy.
